High-efficiency fiber coloring & loose tube tandem line
Our equipment is installed between optical fiber pay-off and extruder in the secondary coating production line. We
make fine tuning on the pay-off and electric control system to transform the original equipment into an integrated
energy saving production line of multi-fiber coloring and secondary coating.
In the curing process, two sets of energy-saving and eco-friendly UV LED curing light are adopted. One furnace can
cure at the same time 6 or less different colors of optical fibers, that is, the whole equipment can cure and conduct
secondary coating of 12 optical fibers at the same time.
In addition, cured fiber and colored fiber can be secondary coated at the same time and can be combined arbitrarily.
For instance, N= optical fibers that are being cured online and M= optical fibers that has been colored, as long as
N+M≤12 (depending on product specifications and max. 12 optical fibers in a loose tube), N+M can be combined
and coated arbitrarily. N and M can be arbitrary number.
